This item was acquired from an electronics store who were downsizing their inventory. The speaker is new old stock, new in box. Come in original packaging. Even though it came to us as new we bench tested the speaker regardless and found it to be fully operational. The box may have some light wear from moving but the speaker is in brand new condition.
