Description
This is a radar mount was originally intended for the Koden RB715A’s 8-7/16″ X 6-11/16″ bolt pattern. The top plate measures 9.5″ wide x 8″. The RB715a is a Koden scanner used on Sitex, older Simrad, Northstar, Maptech, Nobeltec, Rose Point, and other products – it is a very common scanner. With re-drilling, this can be used on a variety of domes, including Furuno’s 160mm square bolt pattern and others.
This WILL NOT work on Garmin, Raymarine, or any newer Simrad domes with the 9 3/16″ X 5 9/16″ pattern. The width of this top plate is too narrow and the edges of the holes will extend beyond the edge of the plate, which apart from being impossible to drill, will not be a safe mounting solution.
These are new old stock units in their original box. They are 0 degree tilt, aft leaning, 24″ high. Top is 9.5″ Wide X 10″.
