The Raymarine RD218 is in good used condition. This unit was removed from a boat that was being refit with new electronics. The dome was damaged so this listing is for the guts of the RD218. It was put through our tests and confirmed working. Radar picked up targets ranging from 2-8nm out. On the diagnostic page of this radar it shows that there are some Failed tests. We were advised by Raymarine to disregard the Failed tests if the radar is still fully functional.
This listing would be a great option if you have a RD218 already that is non functional. You would basically unbolt the inside guts of your dome and install this one in its place and reconnect the radar cable.
This is FULLY compatible with the C & E series Classic (i.e. E120, C80) displays, as well as RL series displays.
