Description
We have acquired some Raymarine factory remanufactured open array digital radars. These are in factory packaging. Please read all information below as there is some important information.
This is the “ER” version, the E standing for “enhanced” and R for “remanufactured” The enhanced pedestal was a newer revision of the same pedestal, the designation was added to make it easier for technicians to distinguish between the two. From an operational standpoint, they are virtually indistinguishable.
This listing is for a complete radar add-on. This consists of the pedestal, VCM100, mounting hardware, a cable, and a 4′ antenna (actually measures 52″)
These add-ons are compatible with E-Series Classic, G Series Classic, C/E Series Wide, c/e/a Series, eS/gS Series, and all Axiom displays. They are warrantied for 1 year through Raymarine, please register your product upon receipt.
Cabling:
We have kitted these up with 5 meter cables with Raynet End. This will plug into an open Raynet port on the back of c/e/a Series, eS/gS Series, and Axiom displays. It will also plug into an open port on the HS5 switch.
For those running Seatalk HS based systems (E-Series Classic, G Series Classic, C/E Series Wide), we can convert the cable to RJ-45 but this MUST be requested at the time of purchase. You can then plug this into your Seatalk HS Network Switch or add an E55060 and E55049 coupler and short Seatalk HS cable to plug directly into an open port on your display/g-series processor.
If a longer cable then the 5 meter cable supplied is needed, you MUST let us know immediately after purchase and we’ll invoice you for the cost differential. The cost differential for longer cables is as follows:
-10 meter cable – Please Add $60
-15 meter cable – Please Add $90
If no requests are received, you will receive a 5 meter cable with Raynet end, part number A80227
