This Northstar was removed from a boat being refit with new electronics.
All functions have been tested – keypad is OK, card reader is OK, GPS engine OK, NMEA port OK, sounder port OK. Unit was updated to the latest software version 7.76.
This listing is only for the display. It will not include suncover or any cables, chart cards or any peripherals used to test.
PLEASE NOTE: There is some seperation of the optical bonding between the LCD panel and the front glass which presents as an air pocket. Some of the bonding solution has wicked into the brightness enchancement films of the backlight which causing an inconsistent bright/dark look to display – this has NO effect on functionality or longevity, but it is a cosmetic concern – unit is priced accordingly. May have scuffs/scratches.
THESE ISSUES MENTIONED ABOVE WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY
Tests were performed using peripherals that are not included (GPS Antenna, Sounder Module, etc.). Includes the head unit only.
