Description
This monitor was fully tested. We are selling it as-is for parts because there is “checkerboarding”. If you look closely at the pictures, particularly when the unit is not powered on, you can see a checkerboard pattern starting to appear. This happens because the touch screen digitizer is starting to degrade. This is a very well known problem with Hatteland displays. The touch screen is functioning on this display as of now, but we can not with any certainty say how long it will work for. As the digitizer degrades further, it will eventually stop working.
This display is working otherwise, and could continued to be used for non-touch screen installations. This is a great deal for someone to get a great looking display for little money.
