Tested and working 100% Garmin voltage converter module for Garmin open array radars. You need this module if you have a Garmin Open Array Radar. Wires cut short but enough to work with.
PLEASE NOTE: Garmin radar issues not related to error codes are extremely difficult to diagnose. The reason for this is if you measure voltage coming out of the voltage converter with the radar turned off, it WILL READ 12 VOLTS!!! The radar sends a resistance to the Voltage Converter to “wake it up” and then it starts outputting the higher voltage. For this reason, we tend to get a lot of hopeful people that buy these units and the problem is not the converter but the radar that never sends that resistance to the Voltage Converter to wake it up. For this reason, no returns will be accepted on this unit.
