Furuno – FA-150 Class A IMO Approved FA1501 FA1502 GPA-017 – Fully Tested

This is a used Furuno FA-150 Class A AIS IMO approved system. This unit was acquired from a customer that was in charge of a vessel undergoing a refit.

This system has been fully tested and confirmed that it Transmits and Receives AIS traffic.

All Input and output data ports have been tested and confirmed working.

Both the FA-1501 and FA-1502 were updated to software version 4.07 and 4.06 respectively.

The MMSI and call Sign have been removed from the unit, along with any other critical vessel data from the previous owner.

** The purchaser is required to have and install the MMSI number and call sign into the unit, If the MMSI number is not entered the unit will not Transmit*** 

*** Please note that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to correctly measure and input any critical vessel data** 

This system, both display and transponder is in great cosmetic shape with little signs of wear and tear as seen in the photos. 

This system includes: 

QTY : 1 FA-1501 AIS Transponder Unit 

QTY : 1 FA-1502 LCD Display. Comes with bracket + knobs. We refurbished the polarizer in house on this FA-1502. Might have a few intermittent missing pixels, they go away the longer the unit is on.

QTY : 1 Interconnect cable (from head to transponder) 

QTY : 1 Power cable for 1502 Display 

QTY : 1 GPA-17 GPS antenna w/ attached cable and stainless steel base

** Does not include mounting hardware**  

** Does not include AIS/VHF antenna**
