This is a new old stock unit complete. It measures 6″ X 2″ overall. Comes with a lightning rod and the hardware shown. Please note that the silver sealer referenced in the instructions is dry and un-usable. However, if you look at install instructions from a Guest dynaplate or any other current production model, silver sealer is not used nor mentioned – this was made in an era when companies prided themselves on providing the best possible product they could – not the case anymore. We would suggest installing as per instructions for a newer product.
